The Home Office is currently re-categorizing the UK immigration routes into a points-based system consisting of Five (5) Tiers.
TIER 1 - UK Visas for highly skilled migrants
- Highly Skilled Migrants Visa – for highly educated and skilled persons which replaces the Highly Skilled Migrant Programme (HSMP)
- Graduate Students – this replaces the International Graduate Scheme. This allows foreign graduates of higher education institutes within the United Kingdom to remain in the country for two years after graduation.
- Entrepeneurs Visa – for individuals looking to set up or take over a business
- Investors Visa – for wealthy individuals who will invest large sums of money
TIER 2 - UK Visas for skilled migrants
- Skilled worker visas. This replaces the Work Permit entry route to the UK.
TIER 3 - UK Visas for low skilled migrants
- Low skilled migrants visas of the Points Based UK visa service caters for people entering the UK to perform temporary low skilled work. The new Tier 3 category replaces the Seasonal Agricultural Workers Scheme (SAWS) and the Sectors Based Scheme (SBS).
TIER 4 - UK Student visas
- Student Visas – applications relating to all aspects of studying in the UK
TIER 5 - UK Visas for Temporary Workers and Youth Mobility
- Temporary Workers and Youth Mobility Visas will replace a range of youth mobility schemes such as the Working Holiday Maker Scheme and the Au Pair Programme with a single visa system.

- Family/Dependant Applications – to apply to bring family members and dependants to live with you in the UK
- Asylum and Refugees – any applications or appeals relating to asylum applications
- Applications to the Home Office – for people who are illegally in the UK who face removal or deportation.
- Appeals – if your case is refused we can apply to the Home Office to appeal. If your case goes to court we also provide full representation in court.
